Outside of Canada?

International Residents

Many of our residents come from outside of Canada, creating a diverse and welcoming community. We appreciate the added challenge faced by students and faculty living outside the country and is why priority is given to those applying internationally or from outside of the GTA.

New to City Living and Noise?

Both our Huron-Sussex and Charles Street communities are located in downtown Toronto. These busy areas come with a lot of amenities, but a certain level of noise and activity will have to be expected. Learn more about city noise below:

We’re Pet Friendly

We know that furry friends are just as much a part of the family for our residents. That’s why pets are welcome in both the Charles Street and Huron-Sussex communities.
