If your family is growing, and you have lived at 30 or 35 Charles for at least one year, you may qualify for a transfer to a larger apartment.
Both the Charles Street and Huron-Sussex communities have day care centres in the neighbourhood that residents can apply to join. We also have many children’s programs and resources for families to take advantage of.

Association
All adult residents at Charles St are members of the Tenants’ Association, which holds and Annual General Meeting.

Initiated in 1996 to help new faculty acclimatize to Toronto and administered by the University’s Residential Housing Ancillary, this program operates on a cost recovery basis with no subsidies.
