Charles Street

General Updates

Reminder to Remove Items in Hallway

As it gets colder, an increased number of hall mats have been reported out in the hall. This is a reminder that discarding items or storing things such as strollers, shoes, and mats in the hallways outside of your units, in stairwells, and communal areas, is not permitted.

All hallways are fire exits and these items pose a safety concern by creating an obstruction that may impede residents’ ability to safely exit the building as well as emergency personnels’ ability to respond.

We encourage residents to donate gently used items to the Free Store, located on the 3rd floor of 30 Charles for the benefit of other families. For information on how to properly dispose of garbage at Charles Street, please visit our website.

Thank you for doing your part to keep our community safe and clean for all the families who live here.
