This is a dynamic and engaging fitness program designed for beginners (ages 16 and older), combining a variety of exercises to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost overall health. Participants will have the opportunity to make gradual health progress, develop new fitness habits, and experience the benefits of balanced wellness.
Our Wellness Program is free-of-charge and reserved for UFH tenants only. Spaces are limited.
Commitment is the key. Please only sign up for this program if you intend to be at every weekly class or most of the classes. After missing 3 classes, your spot will be automatically given to the waitlisted resident.
