Tuesday Yoga Program (Co-ed, 16+)

Do you sometimes find yourself losing some energy after lunch? Join Joanne for a dynamic Iyengar yoga class on Tuesday afternoons to re-energize yourself!

This program is open for all levels of experience. It is a great opportunity for participants to learn Iyengar yoga. The program consists of a progressive series of 15 classes to lay the foundations of Iyengar yoga, so commitment is important to see progress and reap the benefits of your wellness.

The registration starts Friday, April 19th, 2024 at 4 pm. Please be mindful that a recreation account is needed to register, and the account approval process on our system takes 2-3 days, so creating your account before registration opens is advised.
