Sound healing practitioner Veronica Lok will introduce participants to Tao healing sounds in this series, each of which has a distinct frequency of vibration that travels through the body, activating a particular element and the organs associated with it. This ancient practice helps to cleanse the organs of toxins and imbalances and connect you with the emotions you may have been holding in your body.
