This program is open for all levels of experience. It is a great opportunity for participants to learn Iyengar yoga. The program consists of a progressive series of 14 classes to lay the foundations of Iyengar yoga, so commitment is important to see progress and reap the benefits of your wellness.
Our Wellness Program is free-of-charge and reserved for UFH tenants only. Spaces are limited. Due to the popularity of the program, you are eligible to sign up for only one Yoga program per semester.
Commitment is the key. Please only sign up for this program if you intend to be at every weekly class or most of the classes. After missing 3 classes, your spot will be automatically given to the waitlisted resident.
