Enjoy the sunshine during summer with a variety of engaging outdoor and indoor games that get everyone moving and energized. Children will improve their physical activity levels, develop positive self-talk, understand the connection between mind and body, and adopt various healthy habits.
Registration is required and spaces are limited. Our Program is free-of-charge and reserved for UFH families only. Commitment is the key. Please only sign up for this program if you intend to be at every weekly class or most of the classes.
