Introduction to Iyengar Yoga

Our amazing instructor, Martha, will introduce you to the arts of Iyengar Yoga through enjoyable experiences of breathing practices, meditation and basic yoga poses.

These introductory, co-ed classes are for beginners. No previous yoga experience required.
