Residence Office Temporarily Closed for Repair
The Residence Office, located in suite 102 at 35 Charles, will be temporarily closed on September 22, 2022 to complete a drainpipe replacement in the office. Security will be available during the closure, which you can contact at 416-729-1592 or 647-234-4050.

Keep Our Community Clean
This is a friendly reminder to residents to not leave garbage or other items on the bench outside of the entrance to 35 Charles. Please dispose of garbage in the appropriate receptacles. Gently used items can be donated to the Free Store located on the 3rd floor of 30 Charles.
