This is an ongoing in-person program. We are excited to be back again for the Fall semester. This program will be beginning on Wednesday, September 13th and will continue into mid-December. Our Yoga Program is free-of-charge and reserved for UFH tenants only.
Commitment is the key. Please only sign up for this program if you intend to be at every weekly class or most of the classes. Due to the popularity of the program, you are eligible to sign up for only one Yoga program per semester (Either Wednesday or Sunday)
