Correction to 730 Yonge Construction Dates 

John Rand, the Project Manager of the 730 Yonge Retail and Residential Improvement project, has informed us that the work regarding Loading Dock Flooring Repairs at 30 Charles has been pushed to start on October 4, 2022. We apologize for any confusion caused by this change in their project dates.

Heating System Now On 

Please be advised that the heat for both 30 and 35 Charles has been turned on for the season. Please allow time for the central heating systems to adjust to continued, fluctuating outdoor temperatures.
