Balcony Survey Assessment 

Please be advised a building-wide Balcony Survey Assessment will be conducted at both 30 & 35 Charles Street West. This work will begin on Monday, November 6th, 2023.  

The work will involve contractors entering your balcony space to conduct a visual inspection of the balcony and its components. This testing will take approximately 10 minutes. You will receive a notice of entry indicating the date and time this survey will occur. The timeframes will be either 9am – 12pm, or 12pm – 5pm. A security guard will be present and escorting the contractors doing this work.  

These surveys are periodically undertaken as a proactive measure as part of our ongoing building assessments. This survey is being done to proactively help us gain a better understanding of the building fabric. We ask that you please clear your balcony area and secure your pets so this work can be done safely.

November Unit Renovations at Charles Street 

For the month of November, the following floors will have units under renovation. Residents may hear noisy work from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Saturday.
