35 Charles Elevator Car 3 Modernization Complete
Please be advised that the modernization of elevator car 3 at 35 Charles is now complete and fully operational. Car 2 (middle elevator) is now offline for modernization and car 1 (left elevator) will operate as the service elevator while car 2 is modernized. Move ins/outs will be directed through the south facing door inside the parking garage entrance connected to the lobby at 35 Charles. Please check in with the Residence Office team regarding this prior to your move out.
Upcoming 35 Charles Laundry Room Closure
Please be advised the laundry room at 35 Charles will be closed to facilitate drain repair and upgrade work between November 20th to November 27th. It will be re-opened on November 28th, 2023.
This work is being done to help support the 24/7 operation of the laundry room and ensure our infrastructure can meet the ongoing high demand. Residents are encouraged to use the laundry room located on the 3rd floor at 30 Charles Street West during this period.
