University family housing
University Family Housing offers a unique set of apartments on the St. George campus for new and visiting UofT faculty members. These apartments are all in subdivided, historic homes and therefore are all unique. If you’re interested in living with us and are eligible, apply early – we have a limited stock of houses and demand is always high!
You are eligible for New Faculty Housing if you are applying from outside the Greater Toronto area, and you are a newly appointed faculty with a full-time tenure stream appointment at the University of Toronto or a newly appointed faculty with a full time continuing status stream appointment in the teaching stream at UofT.
We have a limited number of furnished apartment units in our Huron-Sussex community for visiting faculty at the University of Toronto. These units are reserved for full-time professors, who have been formally invited by a UofT Faculty or Department, to teach and/or conduct research for a specific period.
For more information on the program and our availability, please contact the Faculty Housing Office.
