Yoga postures, breath work and relaxation will be used to help encourage calm, peaceful bonding between parent and baby. You will be guided into gentle stretches for your own body, be introduced to a few postures that you can do with baby, and be led through some gentle baby massage.Miriam is a certified yoga therapist, yoga teacher and non-linear movement practitioner with over 20 years teaching experience.
