35 Charles Generator Replacement: Planned Power Outage: Please be advised that 35 Charles will experience a planned power outage to facilitate work related to the generator replacement project. Save Saturday, June 11th in your calendars, it’s the Roof Top Garden Spring Festival! This is the first large outdoor event of the year and is an amazing opportunity for families to gather, enjoy some refreshments, play games, and socialize in the garden on the 3rd floor of 30 Charles Street West.
