Enjoy a relaxing art session that encourages self-expression and creativity. No experience needed and open to ages 16 and up. Materials are provided. Please register for one session to allow space for all.

Session 1: Number Painting (16+)

A mindful painting activity using numbers to create abstract designs, encouraging focus and relaxation.

Wednesday March 5, 2025 7:00-8:30 PM

Session 2: Watercolour Painting (16+)

A calming practice of watercolour painting, exploring basic techniques to create a soothing and expressive artwork. (We will follow a guided YouTube video to paint an object together)

Wednesday March 12, 2025 7:00-8:30 PM

Session 3: Journaling & Sketching (16+)

Combining writing and drawing to reflect on personal thoughts and feelings, promoting self-awareness and mindfulness. (we will watch a YouTube video to learn how to do it)

Wednesday, March 19, 2025 7-8:30 PM

Session 4: Tote Bag Painting (16+)

Using fabric paints to create designs on tote bags, allowing for a functional and creative piece of art.
