A brand new Baby and Me Dance Program. Veronica, one of our most skilled fitness staff is back with us once again. This time she’s got her own baby who will be included in the class. This program will be offered on zoom. Veronica will lead your you and your baby through some fun-filled dance steps and fitness moves all with your baby and you in mind. Every Tuesday morning from 11 – 11:45 a.m.
Free for children of residents. Space is limited so register early to avoid disappointment.
