Mandatory Fire Drill at 30 and 35 Charles: Please be advised a mandatory Fire Drill will be conducted at both 30 & 35 Charles Street West on October 15th, 2024, starting at approximately 10am. An announcement will be made during the commencement of this drill. Residents will be asked to exit their units and descend the nearest stairwell safely. For more information, click here.

Annual Unit Inspection – 35 Charles

April 12, 2022 @ 10:00 am – May 24, 2022 @ 7:00 pm

Residents can expect that the inspections carried out by our Maintenance Technician staff will primarily focus on safety matters listed below: 

  • Inspection of unit smoke alarm for operational status and expiry date 
  • Inspection of unit fire alarm speaker and horn to ensure no obstructions 
  • Inspection of unit front door closer to ensure operation 
  • Inspection of unit window locks to ensure presence and operation 
  • Determining the presence of window installed Air Conditioner 

A general inspection of all plumbing and electrical services will also be done.
