Become a Charles Street Residence Advisor! A position on the 2024-2025 Residence Advisor team has opened and we’re looking for an eager Charles Street student resident to join the team! If you are a University Family Housing resident that is a full-time U of T student, you are eligible to be a Residence Advisor (RA). The RA work term is from February 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025. Annual Unit Inspection – 35 Charles

April 12, 2022 @ 10:00 am – May 24, 2022 @ 7:00 pm

Residents can expect that the inspections carried out by our Maintenance Technician staff will primarily focus on safety matters listed below: 

  • Inspection of unit smoke alarm for operational status and expiry date 
  • Inspection of unit fire alarm speaker and horn to ensure no obstructions 
  • Inspection of unit front door closer to ensure operation 
  • Inspection of unit window locks to ensure presence and operation 
  • Determining the presence of window installed Air Conditioner 

A general inspection of all plumbing and electrical services will also be done.
