TWO COMMUNITIES

Living at UFH

University Family Housing is made up of two unique communities. Our Charles Street Community is comprised of two high-rise buildings just steps from the University of Toronto’s St. George Campus and from the Yonge and Bay subway stations. Our Huron Sussex Community is a collection of historic homes on the St. George campus right next to Robarts Library and a quick walk to the Spadina subway station. Both of our lively communities put you in the midst of a busy neighbourhood filled with cafes, restaurants, museums, galleries, and much more.

Our Communities

Charles Street

In the heart of downtown Toronto, at 30 and 35 Charles Street West are two high-rise apartment buildings where the majority of our student families live.

Huron-Sussex

An historic neighbourhood on the University of Toronto campus where new faculty live, along with a very small number of student families and long-term tenants.
