Laundry Rooms Temporarily Closed
The laundry rooms at both 30 and 35 Charles will be closed and will not be available for tenant use on Wednesday, September 06, 2023.
This closure is necessary to clean laundry room ducts.
Please make sure your belongings are removed from the laundry room before the room is locked at 6:00am.

For the month of September, the following floors will have units under renovation. Residents may hear noisy work from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
