Maintenance and Operations Updates
Concrete Pad Poured Over the Weekend
Please be advised that Applied Mechanical will be pouring a 4×4 foot concrete pad at the corner of Charles Street and Balmuto Street over the weekend.
Workers will be on site on the afternoon of Friday, October 21st to start installing forms for the new housekeeping pad. The crew will return Saturday morning at 7:00am to prepare for the cement pour, which is scheduled to occur at 8:00am. The crew will be on site until mid-afternoon on Saturday (approximately).
This work is being mandated from Enbridge Gas for the new gas service being installed for 730 Yonge Street. There will be no disruption of any services in our buildings for this work.
Upcoming Fire Alarm Testing
On Tuesday, October 25th, monthly fire alarm testing will be conducted in 30 and 35 Charles Street West common areas. The testing will take place between 10:00am –12:00pm.
