Lounge at 35 Charles Temporarily Closed
The Lounge is temporarily closed for repairs, the timeline for which will be provided to residents once contractors assess the work that needs to be done. Study space is available at 30 Charles Street West, in the meeting room located on the 3rd floor. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Monthly Fire Alarm Testing at 30 and 35 Charles
The fire alarm system will be tested on Tuesday November 29, 2022 sometime after 10:00 a.m., but not between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
During the testing, the alarm will sound once for a period of five minutes. The remainder of the testing will be carried out silently.
