30 Charles Building-wide Hot & Cold Water Shutdown
Please be advised that the hot & cold water supply to all units will be shut off on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (approx.)
This emergency service interruption is necessary to replace isolation valves.
The laundry room will also remain closed, but residents are free to use the laundry room and washrooms located on the 2nd floor of 35 Charles St., West.
Please Note: Keep taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on’. Floods have occurred this way in the past, damaging many units and resident belongings. Residents will be held financially responsible for damages if a flood occurs in their unit.
