Annual Food & Toy Drive
November 18th, 2022 – December 2, 2022, 35 Charles lobby
Support the annual Food and Toy Drive organized by Housing Services, the Family Care Office, Varsity Blues, and the University of Toronto Students’ Union. All proceeds of the drive will be given to student families registered with the UofT Food Bank and other student families in need. Please join our efforts and help us to gift a smile!
We are looking for:
- Unwrapped new toys (in their packaging), games, and books
- Non-perishable food items
Toronto Public Library Pop-Up Event
December 2nd, 2022, 2:00pm-4:00pm, Activity Room (3rd floor of 30 Charles)
The Toronto Public Library is coming to Charles Street! All are welcome to stop by for the following:
- Library info & card registration – all ages
- Snap Circuits tech challenge – ages 8+
- Story time (2:15- 2:45PM) – ages 0-7 & their caregivers
Learn to Love Winter
Thursday, December 8th, 2022, 7:00 – 8:00 pm, via Zoom
Join us for a virtual educational program in collaboration with the Centre for International Experience (CIE) to learn tips and tricks for enjoying Winter in Toronto. We will cover everything from appropriate clothing and gear to stay warm and dry to fun winter recreational activities for the whole family. To register visit our website here.
World Cup 2022 at UFH

Join us to watch exciting World Cup games! Whether you’re a big fan of soccer or interested in learning about the sport, all are welcome! Snacks and family friendly activities will be provided. The following games will be shown:
