Maintenance and Operations Updates

Building-wide Hot & Cold Water Shutdown at 35 Charles

Please be advised that the hot & cold water supply to all units will be shut off on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (approx.)

This emergency service interruption is necessary to replace isolation valves. The laundry room will also remain closed.

Please Note: Keep taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on’. Floods have occurred this way in the past, damaging many units and resident belongings. Residents will be held financially responsible for damages if a flood occurs in their unit.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your ongoing patience.

Reminder to Never Leave a Stove/Oven Unattended

During annual unit inspections, our staff discovered multiple apartments where residents had left their stove on while they were out. We want to emphasize the seriousness of this and kindly ask that residents take especial care to never leave their stove/oven on and unattended, due to the risk of fire.

Remove Toys Left at the Community Playground

Please be advised that no toys, bikes, scooters, etc. brought to the community playground by residents, should remain in the playground overnight. It has been observed that some of these items are left behind for days, and their condition is not always safe for children using the space. If you currently have any items in the playground area that you wish to keep, please ensure they are removed by March 31, 2023 at 9:00am. Any items found left unattended, at that point, will be removed and disposed . Moving forward, any items found left unattended overnight, will be disposed of without notice.

We encourage residents to continue to bring their children and toys to the playground space but ask that all items are taken home with them when they leave. Please do not donate toys to the playground. Any donations should be given to the Free Store at 30 Charles.
