Charles STreet

General Updates

Bulletin Board Policy

Recently, we have seen an increase in residents posting posters on the RA and Residence Office Boards on each floor. We ask that residents kindly refrain from doing so moving forward. As stated on our website, these boards are maintained by University Family Housing staff and are dedicated to important building information, educational displays, and events happening both on and off campus of interest to residents. Residents are invited to post notices advertising events or items for sale in the lobbies of both buildings and the laundry rooms. Notices may be posted in other languages, but all must include a complete English translation. These notices are removed weekly.

Deliveries Not Accepted at the Residence Office

Residents are reminded to always have mail and packages sent directly to their specific unit/address and not to UFH offices at 35 Charles Street West. UFH Office staff are not permitted to accept or send mail from residents. Additionally, staff cannot contact individuals regarding incorrectly delivered mail, so please be mindful when sending/receiving mail.
