30 Charles Hot and Cold Water Shutdown 

Please be advised that due to scheduled repairs and maintenance to the domestic water system, the hot and cold-water supply will be shut down on Wednesday June 21st, 2023, between the hours of 6:00am and 5:00pm (approximately). 

The service interruption is necessary to make repairs to, inspect, and service the domestic hot water storage tanks, located in the mechanical room. Additionally, a leak has been discovered on the 9th floor that needs to be addressed immediately. 

We recommend filling bottles, containers, and pots with water before the shutdown, but to help accommodate our residents, the following provision has also been made: 

• An empty unit will be made available at 35 Charles for bathroom use on a first-come, first-served basis. Please speak to security located at 35 Charles for access and kindly limit your time to one hour so that other residents can also make use of this space. Residents will need to bring their own soap and towels. 

Please keep your taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on. Residents will be held financially responsible if a flood occurs in their unit.
