Laundry Rooms Temporary Closure

Please be advised that the laundry rooms at 30 and 35 Charles will be closed and unavailable for resident use on March 5th, 2025 from 8:00am-11:00am.

This closure is necessary to conduct general maintenance and filming.

Please ensure your belongings are removed from the laundry rooms before they are locked at 7:45am on March 5th, 2025.

March Unit Renovations at Charles Street

For the month of March, the following floors will have units under renovation. Residents may hear noisy work from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Saturday.
