30 Charles Building-Wide Hot Water Shutdown

Please be advised that the hot water supply to all units will be shut off on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 between the hours of 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (approx.)
This service interruption is necessary to replace damaged pipe fixtures.
The laundry room at 30 Charles will remain open with machines limited to cold water wash only.
Please Note: Keep taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on. Floods have occurred this way in the past, damaging many units and resident belongings. Residents will be held financially responsible for damages if a flood occurs in their unit.
