Emergency Building-Wide Hot and Cold Water Shutdown at 30 Charles
Please be advised that due to an emergency breakdown in the plumbing system at 30 Charles, the hot and cold water supply to all units will be shut off today, Tuesday, February 20, 2024, between the hours of 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm (approx.)
This emergency service interruption is necessary to replace isolation valves.
The laundry room will also remain closed but residents are free to use the laundry room and washrooms located on the 2nd floor of 35 Charles St., West.
Please Note: Keep taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on. Floods have occurred this way in the past, damaging many units and resident belongings. Residents will be held financially responsible for damages if a flood occurs in their unit.
