35 Charles Generator Replacement: Planned Power Outage: Please be advised that 35 Charles will experience a planned power outage to facilitate work related to the generator replacement project. Maintenance and Operations Updates

Laundry Rooms Temporarily Closed 

The laundry rooms in both 30 and 35 Charles will be closed and will not be available for tenant use on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, from approximately 6:00am to 6:00pm. This closure is necessary to clean the dryer ducts. 

Please make sure your belongings are removed from the laundry room before the room is locked at 6:00am.
