UFH Recreation & Wellness Programs for Winter 2025
Our winter recreational programming is open for registration TODAY, January 10, at 4:00pm! Here’s what’s in store this semester:
- Stay Active (Ages 16+)
- Ping Pong Club (Ages 12+)
- Flow Yoga and Meditation (Ages 16+)
- Move with the Rhythm (Ages 16+)
- Friday Kids’ Craft Club (Ages 4-12)
- Saturday Family Movie Night (All Ages)
- Sunday Indoor Play Date (Parent & Child, Ages 0-5)

ICCan PA Day Camp
January 17, 2025 | 9:00am – 3:00pm | 100 Devonshire Place
The Inclusive Communities Canada (ICCan) U of T chapter have teamed up with U of T Sport and Rec to offer a free PA Day camp at the University of Toronto on January 17th from 9am-3pm! This camp is dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for kids of all abilities with a focus on inclusivity and creativity. Children will enjoy a day filled with exploration, learning, and new friendships! Register for PA Day Camp
Women’s Wellness at UFH
Wednesdays starting January 29 to February 19 | 9:30am – 12:00pm | Activity Room (3rd Floor, 30 Charles St W)
Women’s Wellness is open to all women – trans and cis – and nonbinary people who want to participate in programming that centres on women’s experiences who live in 30 or 35 Charles Street, University Family Housing.
Take time out of your busy schedule just for you! Enjoy a breakfast and a weekly interactive session with on-site childminding provided. The Women’s Wellness series is an opportunity to pause and pay attention to your physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing.
Organized by the Family Care Office, in collaboration with the Sexual Violence Prevention and Support Centre, University Family Housing, and the Community Safety Office.
