Rooftop Garden Now Closed    

Please be advised that the Rooftop Garden at 30 Charles Street West has now closed for the season as of December 1, 2023.   

Please contact building Security at 416-729-1592 for closure information, or to report any safety concerns.   

The Rooftop Garden will be scheduled for re-opening in Spring 2024.  

Longer Elevator Wait Times This Weekend at 35 Charles 

Please be advised that there are a number of move-ins scheduled at 35 Charles this weekend, leaving only one elevator in service. Residents can expect longer wait times for the elevator during this period. Whenever possible, we advise residents to allocate additional time when leaving or returning to the building, and if able to, use the stairs. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

December Unit Renovations at Charles Street 

For the month of December, the following floors will have units under renovation. Residents may hear noisy work from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Saturday.
