The Residence Offices will be closed for the Holidays from December 21, 2022 – January 1, 2023, inclusive. The following information includes the hours and contact information for our offices, maintenance, and security over the closure period.

Staff will be available to answer inquiries on Wednesday, December 28th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm by phone, email, or in-person.

Maintenance Technicians Hours & Contact 

During the closure period, please call Maintenance at 416-989-4426 for emergency service during the following time periods. Please call Security outside of Maintenance hours.    

• December 21, 22, 23: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm  
• December 24: 7:00 am to 7:15 pm  
• December 25: 7:00 am to 11:30 pm  
• December 26, 27, 28, 29, 30: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm  
• December 31: 7:00 am to 7:15 pm  
• January 1: 7:00 am to 11:30 pm

Security will be available 24/7 during the closure (December 21, 2022 – January 1, 2023) and can be contacted at 416-729-1592 or 416-779-1683 (Secondary Contact).
