30 Charles Hot Water Supply Shutdown 

Please be advised that due to scheduled maintenance to the domestic hot water system, the hot water will be shut down at 30 Charles on Thursday, May 18^th, 2023, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm (approximately). 

The service interruption is necessary to inspect and service the domestic hot water storage tanks, located in the mechanical room. 

Please keep your taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on. Residents will be held financially responsible if a flood occurs in their unit.

Heating Systems Shut Off for Season 

Please be advised that with the warming temperatures, our Building Operations team along with building engineers, have determined the building heating system can be shut off for the season, today, May 12th, 2023.
