Please be advised that the laundry room will be closed and will be unavailable for tenant use on Wednesday, July 20th, 2022, from 9am-12pm
This closure is necessary to replace hot and cold water valves on the washing machines.
Please make sure all belongings are removed from the laundry room before the room is locked at 8:00am.
The laundry room on the 3rd floor of 30 Charles will be open during this timeframe for residents to use. Machines will be limited to cold water wash only as a hot water repair will be taking place in 30 Charles.
