30 Charles Hot & Cold Water Supply Shutdown
Please be advised that on Thursday March 9th, 2023, between the hours of 9:00am – 4:00pm (approx.), the hot and cold water supply to the building will be shut-off.
This service interruption is necessary in order to complete urgent repairs on damaged piping located in the Penthouse Mechanical Room. The heating supply to units will not be affected by this service interruption.
The laundry room will also be closed during this shutdown. Residents are free to use the laundry room and washrooms located on the 2nd floor of 35 Charles St. West.
Please note: Keep all kitchen and bathroom faucet taps closed to avoid flooding when the water supply is restored. Residents may be held financially responsible for damages if flood damages occur in their unit.
