Food Delivery at UFH
Ordering in? Don’t forget to specify delivery to your unit door! Leaving food in the lobby is a pest control concern. To mitigate this risk, security will dispose of any food left in the lobby.
Deadline to Return Laundry Cards Extended
Last Call! We have extended the deadline from September 13 to September 16!
For a limited time, we are offering tenants the opportunity to return their old laundry cards with a balance of $1.00 or more to the Residence Office during operating hours to be applied against your rental account. The details of this offer are as follows:
- Return Period: July 15 – September 16
- Eligibility: Laundry cards with a balance of $1.00 or more
- For Cards Returned July 15 through August 1:
- The balance will be applied directly towards the last month’s rent top-up on September 1.
- For Cards Returned August 2 through September 16:
- The balance will be held as a credit on your account for other uses if the last month’s rent top-up has already been settled in its entirety.
Please return your laundry cards within the specified time frame to take advantage of this offer. If you are not able to return your card in person during operating hours, please contact the Residence Office for more details.
