Iyengar Yoga Program at Charles Street (Ages 16+)

Relieve tension and quiet your mind. Combine physical movement with meditation and breathing techniques to centre and revitalize yourself. This program is open for all levels of experience and is a great opportunity to learn Iyengar yoga.

Due to the popularity of the program, we currently have a waitlist with the new intake beginning at the start of each semester. If you are interested in the program, please sign up for the waitlist and our coordinator will contact you when spots become available.

Drop-In Family Program (Parent and Child, Ages 0-5)

This is a fun-filled family program for both you and your child and reserved exclusive for UFH residents.
