Become a Charles Street Residence Advisor! A position on the 2024-2025 Residence Advisor team has opened and we’re looking for an eager Charles Street student resident to join the team! If you are a University Family Housing resident that is a full-time U of T student, you are eligible to be a Residence Advisor (RA). The RA work term is from February 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025. When to Contact the Residence Office or Admissions Office 

We have recently noticed some confusion about when to contact the Residence Office versus the Admissions Office and what services they can assist residents with. The Residence Office is responsible for many functions that affect everyday living at Charles Street, including managing move-in and move-outs, scheduling elevator bookings, processing rent payments, coordinating pest control treatments, and answering questions from residents. 

The Admissions Office is responsible for receiving and responding to inquiries from prospective tenants, arranging leases and other documents, overseeing the apartment transfer process, and answering questions on admissions and eligibility.
