Laundry Rooms Closure

Both laundry rooms will be closed and will not be available for resident use on May 27th, 2025 from 9:00am-12:00pm.

This closure is necessary to conduct general drain maintenance.

Please ensure your belongings are removed from the laundry rooms before the rooms are locked at 8:00am on May 27th, 2025

30 & 35 Charles Lobby Matting Replacement

Please be advised that new lobby and vestibule matting will be installed on Tuesday, May 27th between the hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm. This work may require temporary area restrictions to remove the existing matting and install the replacement.

We request that residents please try and minimize use of the lobbies during this installation, by using the stairs where possible. If use of the lobby is unavoidable, please be mindful of the of the work being done and follow security guard instructions for safe passage.

30 Charles Corridor Floor Waxing

Please be advised the hallway corridors at 30 Charles will be waxed from 10am-2pm starting May 26th, 2025. The waxing will begin from the top of the building downwards. Approximately one floor will be waxed per day. Whenever possible please avoid using the corridors during these times. If use of the corridor is unavoidable, please be mindful of the work being done and follow the cleaners instructions for safe passage.
