30 Charles Roof Anchor Work
Beginning Tuesday, March 5th, contractors will be installing new roof anchors for 30 Charles. This work should take approximately 3 days to complete. The installation requires fastening the anchors into the concrete slab resulting in additional noise. Contractors are aware of the time restrictions imposed on this project and will only be conducting noisy work from 9:00am-5:00pm. Residents may see contractors in the penthouse-level hallway to assist with the roof anchor removal.
March Unit Renovations at Charles Street
For the month of March, the following floors will have units under renovation. Residents may hear noisy work from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Saturday.
