Toronto Pride Celebrations – June 26, 2022

As COVID-19 restrictions continue to ease, large events are coming back to our neighbourhood, including the annual Toronto Pride Parade. The parade is taking place on June 26^th this year from 2:00pm – 6:00pm. The march will begin on Bloor Street, down Yonge Street, before finishing at Dundas Street, and will pass right by our buildings at Charles Street West. As there may be large groups of people gathering near our buildings, we will be increasing our security presence to assist with crowd control when necessary. 

Elevator Delays Over the Long Weekend

Please be aware that there will be a large number of families moving into and out of both 30 and 35 Charles over the July 1^st long weekend. Residents can expect some delays when using the elevators from June 28^th – July 3^rd as the Service Elevators in both buildings will be reserved for families moving.
