35 Charles Laundry Room Closure 

The laundry room will be closed and will not be available for tenant use on Friday August 4th 2023, from 7:45am-5:00pm. This closure is necessary to repair the drains that serve the laundry room. 

Please make sure your belongings are removed from the laundry room before the room is locked at 7:30am. 

Residents are free to use the laundry room located on the 3rd floor at 30 Charles St., West. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your cooperation. 

August Unit Renovations at Charles Street 

For the month of August, the following floors will have units under renovation. Residents may hear noisy work from 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
