30 Charles Building-Wide Hot Water Shutdown

Please be advised that the hot water supply to all units in 30 Charles will be shut off on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, between the hours of 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (approx.) 

This service interruption is necessary to replace damaged pipe fixtures. 

The laundry room at 30 Charles will remain open with machines limited to cold water wash only. 

Please Note: Keep taps closed to avoid a flood when the water is turned back on. Floods have occurred this way in the past, damaging many units and resident belongings. Residents will be held financially responsible for damages if a flood occurs in their unit.

35 Charles Laundry Room Temporarily Closed 

Please be advised that the laundry room in 35 Charles will be closed and will be unavailable for tenant use on Wednesday, July 20th, 2022, from 9:00am-12:00pm 

This closure is necessary to replace hot and cold water valves on the washing machines. 

Please make sure all belongings are removed from the laundry room before the room is locked at 8:00am.

The laundry room on the 3rd floor of 30 Charles will be open during this timeframe for residents to use. Machines will be limited to cold water wash only as a hot water repair will be taking place in 30 Charles.
