Mandatory Fire Drill at 30 and 35 Charles: Please be advised a mandatory Fire Drill will be conducted at both 30 & 35 Charles Street West on October 15th, 2024, starting at approximately 10am. Common Area Painting and Repairs

Please be advised that Building Operations staff will be undertaking a common area painting and repair project in both 35 and 30 Charles, that will affect the following areas:

35 Charles

  1. Main entrance lobby & vestibule
  2. Moving Room behind service elevator
  3. 2nd Floor Lounge Room
  4. West exit & parking garage stairwell (2nd floor down to Parking Level C)
  5. Center parking garage stairwell (Ground floor down to Parking Level C)
  6. Parking garage elevator landing located on Parking Level B

30 Charles

  1. Main entrance lobby & vestibule
  2. 3rd Floor common corridor

This project will begin at 35 Charles on Wednesday April 12, 2023, in the West exit and parking garage stairwell, the center parking garage stairwell, and the B-Level parking garage elevator landing. These areas will remain open during the painting and repairs; please be aware of ‘Wet Paint’ signage posted. Painting of floors and steps are also included in this project requiring each area to be closed for 24 hours, and residents to use alternative entry/exit areas. Further notice and additional signage will be provided.

Painting in 30 Charles is tentatively scheduled to begin in May.
