Scheduled Rogers Infrastructure & Internet Interruption: Please be advised that Rogers Incorporated has advised us they will be performing work that will cause a temporary outage to Cable TV, Internet, and Home Phone services at 30 Charles Street West on Thursday July 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 5:00pm.  This work will only affect Roger’s customers. The Wi-Fi service in the 3rd floor meeting room at 30CSW will also be unavailable during this time.  To support residents during this interruption, the recreation room at 35 Charles Street will be open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Wi-Fi available in the room. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

City Of Toronto Pre-Construction Notice

Please be advised that the City of Toronto has provided a notice of construction for work beginning August 2024 and ending August 2025. This work includes: 

  • Watermain Replacement on Huron Street from Bloor Street West to Classic Avenue. 
  • Watermain Replacement on Harbord Street from Grace Street to St. George Street;  
  • Sanitary Sewer Replacement on Harbord Street from Spadina Avenue to St. George Street;  
  • Road Resurfacing and Bike Lane Installation on Harbord Street from Ossington Street to St. George Street; 
  • Road Resurfacing and Bike Lane Installation on Hoskin Avenue from St. George Street to Queen’s Park Crescent West;
